Am Kainth: Am Kainth has been actively investing in property for over 17 years and has extensive experience of asset management, debt management and client/ tenant management. Am has a corporate background in senior roles within commercial marketing and business finance having worked for a number of multinational blue chip organisations including Toyota, FIAT, Hertz, Shell and Carlson Marketing both in the UK and Middle East. Since becoming a full time investor in 2009, Am co-founded a London based property investment and development company specialising in developing high yielding residential and commercial property which includes retail units, B1 office units, land development and planning for student accommodation sites. More recently Am founded Invest 500, a working committee of sophisticated private investors each with over £500,000 liquid funds to invest in high yielding real estate projects in London achieving significant returns on capital invested within 12 - 18 months. Am has recently used crowd funding to refinance 2 high yielding commercial investment buildings in London and is happy to share his experience in this relatively new funding source open to property investors and developers.
