May 27 - 28, 2015    Sydney , Australia
In the face of higher education and health reforms it is becoming
increasingly difficult to source and sustain quality clinical
placements.

Overcoming barriers to generate capacity in contemporary settings
has become a challenge for clinical placement providers across
Australia. Key stakeholders from government, higher education,
health and accreditation need to collaborate more effectively to
ensure capacity grows and quality improves.

However when future funding is uncertain it is more crucial than ever
to ensure program sustainability is ingrained in the planning and
implementation of each placement model.

How are you planning to leverage existing funding and resources to
extend program longevity and embed sustainability in your model
for clinical placements?

This conference will address how to:

-Maximise funding and resources to sustain innovation
-Facilitate and coordinate placements in contemporary
settings
-Unpack accreditation and its place in supporting
innovation
-Strengthen placement models to enhance quality
-Embed simulation within quality placement provision
