The Food Safety and Security Conference is a non-profit event which present science-based information on food safety and quality to provide industry with cutting edge information on global changes and create a forum for meaningful debate into topical issues affecting the Caribbean food sector and consequently our tourism sector and international trade.

This conference is our way of providing relevant updates on food borne disease outbreaks, food poisoning and new technology within a changing world. Educating food industry personnel in best practices and international standards for food hygiene and safety is our reason for being!
