This three day course is aimed at providing a deep understanding of the concepts of contaminated site assessment and remediation.

Evaluation and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater is an interdisciplinary task for chemists, biologists and engineers. Historically, remediation of contaminated soil is a complicated process that involves in-depth knowledge of the various stages. Cost-effective approaches, methodologies and technologies for contaminated soil and groundwater treatment will be explored. Information will be reinforced through real life case studies.
