Transfer Pricing Masterclass 2014

This two-day masterclass ensures that participating companies are equipped with the knowledge and skills to develop coherent transfer pricing policies that are responsive to the changing regulatory and legislative environment in Indonesia. Through a detailed examination of disclosure requirements and best global practices, not only would delegates be able to develop an optimal documentation plan, but would also be able to develop effective audit management strategies to minimise the risk of controversy and dispute.

Overall, this training will focus on effective audit preparation and management strategies, transfer pricing documentation, TP methods and comparability analysis, as well as controversy management through MAPs and APAs. The training will also explore transfer pricing of intangible assets, another key issue highlighted in the recent regulations, specifically SE 50. These areas are at the crux of the current Indonesian transfer pricing rules and regulations, and would equip delegates with the tools required to optimise intercompany pricing to reduce tax liability and hence cause significant improvements in profitability and shareholder value.
