Bakery Siberia 2014

Bakery Siberia is the first large project in the eastern part of Russia dedicated to the bakery and confectionery industry. It will serve as a platform for an effective interaction between professionals, as well as a grand culinary festival for residents and guests of Siberian Region.

Exhibition will be supplemented with versatile business program, which includes master classes and workshops from leading Russian and foreign bakers and confectioners, panel and round table discussions on the most important issues.

Union of the bakery and confectionery companies of Siberia supports and contributes to the organization of Cup of Siberia on Bread Baking 2014 (contest for professionals).

Ordinary visitors will have a great opportunity to show their talents in various contests on creating home-made bakery masterpieces.
