The conference will cover the topic of Ubiquitous Positioning. It is an enabler technology for Indoor Navigation and Location-based Service. Locating a mobile user ubiquitously with an high accuracy is still a challenging task. There are a lot of on-going research in this topic from multiple disciplines including satellite navigation, electrical engineering, computer science, and geospatial information science.
