December 3 - 4, 2013    Perth , Australia
Delivering knowledge on the latest technologies, concepts and challenges for the FLNG revolution.

A 160 million tonne annual global shortfall in LNG supply is predicted and Floating LNG is tipped to be the game-changer that will provide for the shortfall in the energy markets.

Woodside Petroleum and partners recently announced that they will pursue plans to develop the Browse gas fields via a floating LNG concept, which is expected to be formed of two or three processing vessels.

Royal Dutch Shells Prelude is predicted to produce approximately 3.6 million tonnes of LNG per year and Shell say they are expecting to double their Perth based workforce from 500 to 1000 by 2015 to support this. Perth and WA will quickly become a global knowledge hub for Floating LNG.
