International Conference on Dielectric Liquids is a research-oriented conference focused on exchange and discussion of ideas, research results and practical experience on properties, dielectric phenomena and applications of insulating liquids. It is addressed to physicists, chemists,material scientists and electrical engineers who are engaged in the research and practical applications of such materials. The conference is held every three years, and is fully sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS). All papers presented at the conference will be indexed in the IEEE Xplore database, furthermore a selection of papers will be published in IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation.
