Yarn Expo Zone 2014

After undertaking an in-depth programme of market research and interviews with stakeholders in various sectors, the organisers of the Yarn Expo fairs have decided that Yarn Expo Zone will now be held in Shanghai starting in 2014, and will take place from 3 – 5 March. The fair will be relocated to the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, alongside Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition, while the autumn edition will remain unchanged.

The Yarn Expo fairs have experienced continuous expansion and strong growth in recent years in terms of exhibitors, visitors and exhibition space. They are now widely seen as one of the most significant yarn and fibre fairs in China. This is driven by the vast number of opportunities offered by the huge market demand in China. With the move to Shanghai, an ideal geographical location at the centre of the Yangtze River Delta textile manufacturing hub, there are now even more opportunities for both exhibitors and buyers to capture a share of the growing Chinese market. 

The move strengthens the fair as a leading platform for the fast growing fibre and yarn marketplace
