Russia BBTC 2014
April 17 - 18, 2014
Moscow , Russia
THE ONLY EVENT DEDICATED TO RESIDUE UPGRADING IN RUSSIA & CIS
In order to achieve the goals stipulated by the Energy Strategy of the Fuels and Energy Complex to ensure the development of Russia until 2020, oil refining companies in Russia and CIS remain focussed on revamping existing and constructing new production units for efficient and deep crude oil conversion. The primary objective is to build catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, delayed coking and visbreaking units.
Higher crude oil conversion is directly related to the development of efficient and flexible Refinery Process Diagrams. The implementation of modern high intensity hydrogenation processes for deep oil residue conversion increases the production of high quality motor fuels and other premium petroleum products.
The enhanced conversion of crude oil ensures the requirements of the modern Russian market are met. New requirements in the sphere of motor fuels quality and change of export duties are:
to stop production of residual fuel oil
to increase production of low sulfur diesel fuel, meeting the requirement of Euro-5 standard
to increase the production of coke grades as per the market demands
All of these in turn will enable the ability to obtain high value added products with maximum profit.
During eight consecutive years Russia BBTC conference remains a unique in its class for Russia and countries of CIS. Russia BBTC presents the newest process developments and reviews of the current business conditions to achieve the highest economic indices in the sphere of the deep crude oil and oil residue conversion in this region.
