Total Rewards Conference and Exhibition 2014

During the past few years, the total rewards profession has evolved. Technology has impacted the management and design of compensation and benefits plans; the globalization of business has affected corporate culture and total rewards design; and total rewards professionals are now expected to not only design, analyze and manage plans, but also grasp how they impact the overall business.

To address this progression, the Total Rewards 2014 Conference has introduced the simple theme, "Evolve." We are seeking professionals — like you — to provide expertise and thought leadership on topics that help advance, or evolve, the profession.

Total rewards professionals want to be inspired by their colleagues. Tell them the creative, innovative approaches you've used to attract, motivate and retain employees.  

Provide valuable time-saving tactics or takeaways: Practitioners are busy, often working long hours to ensure they best serve their organizations. Offer tips that will help them maximize their efficiency, leading to higher productivity, more time for analysis and less stress.

Challenge existing ways of thinking:
As their organizations change, total rewards professionals are asking "Why do we do things this way?" Discuss the questions you've asked at your organization, and the changes that have resulted.

Provide ideas your peers can implement immediately:
Conference attendees don't want to just learn something new. They want to apply what they learn. Provide them with ideas they can use back at the office to solve challenges, improve performance or both.
