Truly understanding customer needs and delivering a service that meets those needs. Performance Measurement, reliability and availability. Mapping the data sources of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the organization and the maintenance input and influence upon them. Developing a maintenance strategy that supports the organization, recognizing the risks associated with equipment failures and poor reliability.

Reflecting strategy in maintenance tasking, planning and prioritization. Identifying the “hows” and “whys” of failure. Root Cause Analysis to prevent repeat failures. Maintenance Options, Condition Based Maintenance, Non Destructive Testing, Planned Preventive Tasks.

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance to drive continuous improvement. Establishing standards and the competency requirements of a maintenance team, writing planned preventive maintenance procedures.

The entire three days will not stop there; each delegate will have many tools they will be able to take back into their organizations and position for real and effective results as it relates to this course and the many areas we will cover.
