The 2013 International Conference on Broadband and Biomedical Communications will be hosted by Guilin Normal University, China in conjunction with La Trobe University (Australia), the Wroclaw University of Technology (Poland) and Universidad de Malaga (Spain). This will be the 8th edition of this successful conference. The core theme of the conference tracks the progressive evolution of ICT in general.
