July 8 - 12, 2013    Roanoke VA , USA
The 26th International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference (IVNC 2013) is devoted to the science and technology of vacuum electron sources and their applications. Discussions will include sources based on vacuum field emission, photo-, and thermal generation, and hot electron generation via internal tunneling. The conference aims to promote understanding of the physics, structure, chemistry, emission and beam properties, and fabrication methods of these sources. Applications such as x-ray sources, lamps, displays, microwave amplifiers, plasma devices and analytical instruments will also be discussed.
