The IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT 2013) targets to address current state of the technology and the outcome of the ongoing research in the area of Telecommunications, Networks and Satellite Systems. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome. COMNETSAT 2013 covers theory, design and application of computer and telecommunication, networks and satellite systems. During recent years there as been an impressive increase in the use of networked applications and networks are now key resources in any information system configuration.
