Texbridge Fair, held last 8 to 10 March at CNR EXPO CENTER - Istanbul, demonstrated its powerful global appeal with its exhibitors, trend seminars and professional visitors in the world.
In three days, the fair registered 14,370 professional visits of which 2800 from international visitors who came to Turkey to discover the offer presented by the 150 exhibitors.
Texbridge has become a textile bridge between European and Middele East's countries. For the first time, Repsresentatives of the French Premiere Vizyon, German Munich Fabric Start, Italian Milano Unica and Messe Frankfurt Texworld visited the fair and contributed to the fair’s excitement and good business climate.
Organized for the second time by the Istanbul Trade Shows Inc., in collaboration with the Uludağ Textile Exporters’ Union, Texbridge received more international attending companies compared to last year including Mango, Zara, Maxmara, Adidas and Gap. Important buyers from North Africa, the Middle East and Iraq had face-to-face interviews with attending companies and signed important business contracts that can pave the way for big investments in future. The Texbridge Fair hosted the leading trend forecasters in Trend Area. One of the famous trend forecasters Niek De Prest and Michel Minne indicated that pale colours will dominate 2013 spring/summer in fabrics and accessories besides hair and cosmetics will be inspired by the natural colours.
