The Congress Government in the HRM is the platform for HR professionals and line managers of local and provincial governments and the Flemish government (HR consultants, HR executives, personnel managers, town clerks ,...).
The theme "Sustainable human resources policy for the government, a proactive approach to HR" is catching on. For over 350 participants from local and provincial authorities and the Flemish government, have signed up! This edition promises to be an inspiring day with a very substantive program of keynotes, case studies and workshops. Also on February 2, 2012 we have only a limited number of participants places. The challenges of labor are well known: aging, work-life balance, diversity, mobility, flexibility, scarcity. And the increasing demands, requirements and expectations of customers and employees. Efficiency and effectiveness are currently serves as the driving force in organizations. But how can you do as an organization also permanently anchor the staff? What role can HRM proactively play here? Good coordination between management and HR in organizational strategy and HR strategy is necessary. Only a well-oiled interplay of environmental, organizational and human leads to a permanent staff!
