This Program is intended for any Professionals preparing, analyzing, auditing or approving Estimates. The program will provide the participants with the essential methodologies and tools for effective estimating, budgeting, cost control and value engineering on their job. This workshop emphasizes on the use of Standardized methods, procedures, knowledgebase and checklists. Course participants will be empowered to participate and potentially lead corporate effort to build an estimating knowledgebase and early warning systems of potential overruns. They will be given hands on opportunity to define and select the estimating approach; methods based on a case in their business, and argue strength and weaknesses. In depth discussions on how to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) in estimating and control will also be undertaken after a review of a real case from the industry.
