International Conference on MEMS, NANO, and Smart Systems (ICMENS) 2011

CMENS is an international forum for state-of-the-art research in MEMS NANO, and Smart Systems. The previous ICMENS were held in Canada (2003), Canada (2004), Canada (2005), Egypt (2006), Dubai (2009) and Changsha (2010).
It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of MEMS NANO, and Smart Systems. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving MEMS NANO, and Smart Systems related techniques.
