This ‘masterclass’ provides an approach that both explains the fundamental change/ culture concepts and models and provides practical techniques to diagnose the current state and manage transitions to fill that gap. In addition, this programme will provide delegates with some of the traps and key tips to managing the human dimensions when implementing these changes.
