The 4th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP 2011) and the 4th International Conference on BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (BMEI 2011) will be jointly held in Shanghai, China. Shanghai is the largest city in China, with famous historical and cultural heritage.
CISP’11-BMEI’11 is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of multimedia, signal processing, biomedical engineering and informatics. The previous CISP-BMEI each attracted over 3000 submissions from all over the world, with acceptance rate around 50%. The registration fee of US$400 includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions. CISP’11-BMEI’11 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society.
