Early registration is now open! Be sure to note the following dates and restrictions before registering to attend the show.

Free Registration: Online registration is free through April 12, 2013 ($25 per person after that date / at door). Registration includes access to the trade show exhibit hall, Chef Demonstrations, Tasting Pavilion (21 years and older) and education sessions. Special training and certification classes require separate registration and payment.

Minimum Age Requirement: All attendees must be at least 16 years of age, no exceptions
