January 10 - 12, 2011    Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia
Overview

This course demonstrates the required response to crisis situations that are both practical and flexible as well as being easy to understand. A crisis is usually unforeseen and most often has to be dealt with using limited, or inadequate, resources. Most Companies already have crisis management procedures in place however it is common that when an actual critical incident occurs, nobody knows how the plan should be implemented. A Crisis Management Plan can sometimes sadly be a document that simply sits on a shelf in an office.

The course uses true to life training scenarios that require course participants to make decisions under difficult and stressful conditions whilst under the guidance of our professional and experienced instructors.

This programme will teach the core skills needed so that delegates can react instinctively to a serious incident. The training is both realistic and practical – with the best chance of success, when the unexpected happens.

Why you SHOULD attend:

This course provides participants with the knowledge to be able to identify the key success factors for an effective incident management, benchmark their arrangements against their peers, and develop a plan on how to introduce enhancements back in their organisation.
