The purpose of the IEEE-RIVF 2010 International Conference on Computing and Telecommunication Technologies shall be to advance the understanding and application of Intelligence Computing, Information and Communications Technologies. The previous edition, RIVF 2009, held in Danang City, had received submissions coming from 25 countries across the world.
