International Fair of Investments and Real Estate 2010

The Fair of Investment and Real Estate is promoting investment possibilities in Serbia and it will be held from 26th to 28th October. Its concept encompasses presentations of local and regional development potentials, with a recognisable character of the event that joins and presents topics connected to the development of businesses of real estate and investments in this part of Europe. Representatives of local self-governments will have a chance to get acquainted with different types of investment.

The fair represents an ideal place for presenting current programmes of financial institutions: investment funds, banks, insurance, stock exchanges, dealing and brokerage institutions. This is also an opportunity for professional meetings in forms of round table sessions, seminars, workshops, along with educational programmes aimed at individuals and companies ready for investment.

There will be representatives of local self-governments as well as professionals that hand over their rich experience through different trainings to those interested and gifted as well as to those future bearers of development in the field of real estate. As it has been the case so far, there will be the conference programme that each year contributes to further development of this fair.

The participants in the Fair of Investment, within their exhibition stands, prepare presentations of the basic characteristics of the economic potential of the territory their local self-government covers to domestic and foreign investors:

-Infrastructure capacities (utility infrastructure, roads, gasification, bridges, ports, marinas)
-Industrial and work zones
-Scientific and technology parks
-Business incubators
-Construction of tourist capacities
-Construction of sports centres and facilities
-Reconstruction of existing economic facilities.
