The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of California, San Francisco, invites you to attend its annual Neurosurgery Update in the Wine Country. The course will be held at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California on August 4 – 6, 2011. The program endeavors to provide the latest updates and recent advances in the field of neurosurgery.
