the annual program of Dobrich Fair SA starts with the leading of the Exchange for Seeds and Seedlings. Since 1998 the exhibition is under the aegis of The Ministry of the Agriculture and Food. In the year of 2000 Dobrich Fair SA became a member of the Association of the Seed Growers, which chose the Exchange for Seeds and Seedlings to be its basic forum.
