Scheduled for 15 to 18 November 2011 at the Tehran International Fairgrounds, the 12th International Telecommunications Trade Fair offers the latest in telecommunication networks, mobile communications and applications, next generation networks, IP technology, satellite communications and infrastructure solutions. 163 exhibitors from 11 countries will be showing their latest state of the art technologies.

MTN Irancell will occupy hall 27. The Ministry of ICT as well as their affiliates (Telecommunicatuin Infrastructure Company - T.I.C and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) place their stands in hall 10. The Telecommunications Company of Iran TCI and their affiliates participate in hall 6. MCI - Hamrah Avval as well as their affiliates are booked in hall 7. The international participation is located in halls 12 and 13. Halls 14 and 15 are occupied by the Iranian participation (see groundplan).

iran telecom 2011 covers a net area of 23,000 sqm inside the halls and about 1,000 sqm on the outdoor grounds.

Organised by the German trade fair specialist fairtrade and their Iranian partner Palar Samaneh of Tehran, iran telecom 2011 is held with the official support the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Ministry of ICT, the Communications Regulatory Authority, the Telecommunications Infrastructure Company TIC and the Telecommunications Company of Iran TCI.
