Participation fees:
Registration fee EUR 350 /exhibitor
Space rental (row stands): first 100 m² EUR 113 /m², next over 100 m² EUR 97 /m²
Space rental (corner stands): first 100 m² EUR 125 /m², next over 100 m² EUR 97 /m²
Two-storey stands: the upper level floor space rental EUR 56,50 /m²

Constructions higher than 250 cm: additional advertising space, subject to surcharge, minimum charge €400. The drawings of the higher constractions shall be sent to Finnish Fair
Corporation´s Technical Coordinator for approval and calculation not later than 45 days before the fair. Structures over 250 cm in height must be at least two (2) metres from the edge of the neighbouring stand unless otherwise agreed in writing with the neighbouring stand. This does not apply to exhibition items. Logos projected on walls, ceilings etc must remain within stand boundaries.
Participation fees will be charged with a separate invoice. The first part (registration fee) will be charged right after the registration. The due date for the second part (space rental or a package stand) is 13 June 2011. Space rental does not include wall constructions, electricity or furniture.
Value added tax (VAT) will be added to all the rates. Interest of delay is 16 %.

Located 3 km from the city centre with excellent local transportation connections, meeting rooms vary from 6 persons up till 4400 persons. Centre organizes 50-60 exhibitions and 1500 meetings..
