International Book Festival Budapest 2010

In 2010 the International Book Festival Budapest will be held for the 17th time. It is one of the most important professional and intellectual events in Eastern Europe. Guest of Honour 2010 is the famous Israelian writer Amos Oz. The Festival hosts about 100 authors from 25 countries, more than 400 Hungarian authors, scientists, artists, and offers a wide range of cultural events, such as lectures, roundtable discussions, concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions and movies. A novelty: In 2010 an Antiquarian Book Fair will be part of the Festival.
