Incident investigation is an important part of making sure the improvement of the business.

This training consists in the collection, protection, validation, analysis and organizing of evidences, facts and data about an incident, in order to build a detailed story about what happened, where and when, who was involved (the facts), followed by how and why it happened and finally how to stop it happening again(preventative actions).
