China (Yantai) Asia Pacific World Trade Center, with another name China Yantai APEC Investment Trade & Exhibition Center is an important government authority concerning foreign affairs. It is established under the approval of China State Council and Yantai Municipal Government in September, 1996. It is engaged in organizing large international activities and expositions representing Yantai Municipal Government and dealing with other missions given by the Municipal Government. In the past 14 years, 24 international activities have been held under the frame line of APEC, UNESCAP, ASEM, WTO and China-ASEAN.
