Discover Mongolia - International Mining Investor's Forum 2011

The Forum, now Mongolia’s main venue for the widest international exchange on Mongolia’s minerals developments, was initiated by a group of Mongolian entrepreneurs in 2003 with the aim to help Mongolia to expose her astounding mineral potentials out to the world, and help facilitate to forging lasting and fruitful partnerships between Mongolian and the international minerals community. Throughout its 9 years of history "Discover Mongolia" Forum became one of the hallmark events in Mongolia's minerals exploration and development sector. It is crucial to note that Discover Mongolia Forum has been always supportive of foreign investment in Mongolia's minerals sector and acted as a key information bridge between the Mongolian government and private sector investors through its "Government Hour" sessions.

The primary mission of the Forum is to support the development of Mongolian mining sector by connecting people, providing information, building networks, and realizes the importance of mining exploration sector and its legal environment. "Discover Mongolia" Forum advocates socially responsible, technically advanced, and environmentally safe mining sector in Mongolia.

Thus "Discover Mongolia" Forum has always been recognized as the Center of Excellence for the region and as a gateway to international opportunities for Mongolian mining sector.
