Freshwater Wind 2011 will bring together the entire Great Lakes offshore wind energy community to discuss the latest information and strategies developed to handle a series of unique freshwater challenges, including siting assessment, vessel construction and port management, as well as approaches to handling financing and navigating the 2011 government policy framework for developing this unique resource.
