Contractor Management Forum 2014

Increasingly, as work methods change, it seems businesses are shifting towards a contractor-focused workforce. This is likely a result of the call for more flexibility and independence with work. While employees are still the core of the workplace, the shift towards taking on contractors seems to be growing.Targeting professionals from IR, HR, legal, WHS, project management and consulting backgrounds, the inaugural Contractor Management Forum brings together those in charge of developing and managing contractors in the workplace all under one roof to explore, discuss and analyse the current state of contractor management across Australia.
