Organic Farming Championship: OFC 2014
Children these days have less connect with nature & farming. If they continue to be like this they would not develop sensitivity towards nature & farming. Exposing children towards nature & farming children develop: gratitude, know the source of the food they eat, the hard work involved by the farmer, organic of way agriculture, food life cycle, nature & environment issues, etc.
Active Farm School, started to give hands on knowledge to learners in general & School children in particular about Agriculture, Farm Technology & Food processing. We are conducting this event to engage children into nature.
This event is intended to students of class 7 to 12 from any Schools. We shall train & educate on Organic Farming & the students shall compete in the trays given by us growing the crops in organic way.
The students are called for training on 31st May or June 1st 2014 & are called back with grown crops on August 15 2014 at 2pm to our campus for final evaluation to compete for Gold, Silver & Bronze medal.
