The Automotive Engineering Exposition began in 1992 as a technology exposition for engineers and researchers working on the front line of the automotive industry. Since then, it has developed in line with the ceaseless efforts of the automotive industry to innovate.

The 2013 Exposition welcomed 475 companies in 986 booths and was attended by a record 78,255 visitors. These figures show the growing awareness of companies and individuals of the Exposition as Japan’s only comprehensive exposition of automotive technology. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their positive feedback and support and will continue making every effort to improve the appeal of the Exposition in the future.
