Every March Slovenian Beekeeper's Association and Celje Fair Plc organise the largest annual Slovenian beekeepers get-together attended by more foreign beekeepers every year. Their get-together in Celje is an opportunity to exchange opinions, address the latest beekeeping issues and introduce the visitors to good beekeeping practices. International Trade Exhibition is an important part of the hustle and bustle which is where beekeepers purchase the necessary equipment and supplies before the beginning of spring activities in beehives.
