Caminos y Sabores, over its six editions, has become one of the fastest growing trade shows, in turn boosting the development of all its protagonists: traditional food producers, artisans and representatives of tourist destinations. In the 2010 the fair attracted more than 80,000 people enjoyed the tour of the market, cooking demonstrations, the lectures and artistic performances.
