Chefs Place 2010

Chef’s Place, with its demonstrations and GaultMillau master classes, remains the VIP village of Horeca Expo. Top suppliers will rouse the interest of chefs and restaurateurs for their newest techniques and products: truffles, seafood, exclusive wines, tools for the molecular kitchen, and so on. As from 2010 there will be more products on offer and they will be even more exclusive; it will also have its own VIP entrance in Hall 8. It is not just the suppliers of fine food, delicatessen foods and innovative kitchen techniques that are welcome here, from now on we are also making room for a limited number of local/regional artisanal products.
