The National Self Build & Renovation Centre will be helping home builders keep their stress levels to a minimum when it hosts the Building Relationships weekend (27th March). This unique event is aimed at helping you improve your relationships both on and off site. Getting the best from the people involved in your project is as important as getting the right materials and using the right tools, and can make your project run more smoothly, save you time, and save you money. Poor communication and mismanaged relationships can add extra stress and lead to all sorts of issues: planning disputes with your neighbours, being overcharged for work, problems with the delivery of your materials, and arguments with your partner.
