The Chamber of the Footwear Industry (CEC), since its founding in 1916, serves the function of representation, assistance and advocacy of the shoe manufacturers of Argentina.

One of its main activities is the realization of EFICA, the Statement of country's largest footwear, which gathers twice a year to domestic manufacturers. It sets the latest fashion and design of each season, with a massive turnout of shoe retailers across the country and abroad.
