MIA is the section devoted to products for the catering, food specialties to Italian and foreign, organic and gluten products, which are attracting increasing attention is that of the commercial catering. One specific area is devoted to pizza with competitions, demonstrations and lectures on alternative flours and gluten-free products.

In addition to the operators of Ho.Re.Ca., the event involves a large-scale distribution (GDO through the Buyers' Day, now in its fifth edition, held on Tuesday, with round tables and meetings with businesses) and buyers from abroad from different geographical areas.
Among the many initiatives to implement internationalization, Rimini Fiera has partnered with UnionAlimentari-CONFAPI, also involved in organizing new activities.
