The APSAR is a biennial forum of SAR and radar engineers and scientists from all over the world, especially from the Asia-Pacific region. The First and Second APSAR conferences have been held successfully in China in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Therefore, APSAR 2011 in Korea is the third and will be held in Seoul, Korea during September 26-30, 2011.
