ProWein 2011

ProWein, the leading international trade fair for the wine and spirits industry, will take place in 2011 from 27 to 29 March. The dates were chosen under consideration of fixed internationally relevant events. "With these dates, we have oriented ourselves towards the needs of the majority of the industry. The early notification creates the best possible organisational and logistic conditions for everyone involved," explains Wilhelm Niedergöker, Managing Director at Messe Düsseldorf.

As the traditional kick-off event for the presentation of the new vintages, ProWein has been taking place in the spring in Düsseldorf for more than 15 years. This date allows producers to present their current vintages to an international trade audience in a timely manner.

Approximately 35,000 trade visitors and more than 3,000 exhibitors from around the world are expected at ProWein, the leading international trade fair for the wine and spirits industry. No other event worldwide offers such a comprehensive overview of the international offerings in wines and spirits for trade and food services.
