The 24th IEEE International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD’12). ISPSD is the premier forum for technical discussion in all areas of power semiconductor devices, power integrated circuits, their hybrid technologies, and applications.
This symposium brings together both industry and academic professionals in the field of power semiconductor devices and circuits. Over the past 20+ years, the ISPSD has grown to become the most important and leading conference related to power devices. Organized annually, it provides a forum for technical discussion and sharing of new research amongst the participants. Following the successful meetings in Hiroshima (2010) and San Diego (2011), the ISPSD conference returns to Europe, and for the first time is held in Bruges, Belgium, between June 4-7, 2012.
