The marcus evans Offshore Safety conference will cover the new Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) program developed by Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE), as well as how to implement it offshore successfully. Producing a culture of safety and not just compliance will be discussed along with how to effectively train and coach managers and workers.
The purpose of this event is to provide operators and service providers the right information to implement the new rules not only on a corporate level but all throughout the company and especially to the workers on the rigs.
