European Society for the Study of IC/PBS (ESSIC): ESSIC Annual Meeting 2011

ESSIC will be holding its 2011 Annual Meeting in Moscow, Russia, 2 June 2011 13:00 hr - 4 June 2011 12:30 hr.
Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Moscow (near the Kremlin). Hotel reservation is best made with a special form (see below) as there will be a special lower price for the rooms and the hotel will give support for getting a visum for Russia. Getting a visum for Russia may take up to 2 months!
Topics of the meeting
- Overview of guidelines on the evaluation and diagnosis of patients with BPS, including differences and similarities between the various guidelines (Asian, EAU, AUA, ESSIC and International Consultation guidelines, including discussion and recommendations)
- Effects of BPS on sexual function in female and male patients
Scientific sessions will be open to all registered delegates.
Course on BPS
On Saturday 4 June 2011 09.00-12.30 a course will be held. Topics include evaluation and diagnosis (ESSIC perspective and AUA perspective), sexual aspects of BPS, case presentations and therapy (oral drugs, intravesical and surgical therapy). Speakers: Phil Hanno, Andrey Zaitcev, Magnus Fall, Jørgen Nordling and others.
