International Property Show Dubai 2011

The International Property Show is an annual event held in Dubai for the Real Estate and Property Industry and is the only show accredited and approved by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to sell projects and properties to visitors / investors. The event promises to bring together developers, Real Estate brokers, private investors and institutional investors from the Middle East, Europe and the Asia Pacific region and is a must attend event for companies servicing or directly involved in the real estate sector.

This year, IPS will introduce two new platforms within the show, the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) 2011 and the Real Estate Brokers Pavilion. Both these new platforms have been carefully researched and selected to facilitate and educate both institutional and individual investors to the current prices, policies, trends and best practices prevalent in the global and local Real Estate and Property sector and gain a firsthand insight into developing and upcoming countries.

The Annual Investment Meeting makes it possible for its participants to promote themselves to investors attending the show and market their key benefits to other countries, media agencies, high net individuals, share knowledge and ideas, exchange experiences, analyze common problems and develop innovative solutions through dedicated meeting rooms, presentations and round table meetings. The event will take place during IPS and will aim to present high level governmental and private sectors under one flag.
